Before calling about an onsite Intermediate First Aid course, gather the following. It will save you a phone call.
Required
- Crew size
- Preferred dates (first and second choice)
- Workplace address or closest BC city
- Industry / job function
- Primary contact name and phone
Helpful
- Indoor space available (room size, tables, chairs)
- Any scheduling constraints (shifts, production calendar)
- Whether students already hold any first aid certification
- Specific hazards you want scenarios to reflect
