Intermediate First Aid Course Supply List: What to Bring on Day 1
Show up to the Intermediate First Aid course prepared and day one feels twice as easy. Here is the supply list Mainland Safety Training recommends.
Essentials
- Photo ID (BC driver's licence, BCID, passport)
- Confirmation email / booking reference
- Refillable water bottle
- Lunch or lunch money
- Snacks for short breaks
- Pen and small notepad (optional, the workbook has space)
What to wear
The course is physical. You will kneel, bend, reach and perform skills on the floor. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting pants (stretchy workwear is ideal), a T-shirt or long sleeve, closed-toe shoes, and bring a light hoodie in case the classroom runs cool.
What not to wear
Formal business attire, restrictive skirts or dresses, sandals, strong cologne or perfume (tight classroom, close partners).

What you do not need
